- Fully furnished, very clean and well cared for. 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom can sleep up to 12 people. Master bedroom has King size bed, large walk-in closet and Full master bath with 2 sinks. Upstairs guest room has double bed and large closet. Upstairs guest bath has full shower/bath. Upstairs open floor plan with fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, lots of counter space and cabinets. Dining area with table to seat up to 10 people. Large wrap around sectional couch and tastefully furnished. Large laundry and mud room entrance at back of house with additional sink, washer/dryer and storage areas. large deck off of dining and living area with barbecue, table and chairs and plenty of space to set up long tables for eating and entertaining.
- The very large downstairs area has large bedroom with queen size bed and large closet. Big bathroom with shower. Large open space ideal for games, ping pong table available to set up and use, plenty of games to play, has large windows and gas fireplace. 2 more bedrooms, one has queen size bed and fully furnished, other has 2 sets of bunk beds which sleeps 4 or more children. Plenty of parking and turn around on the property. Amazing views of the Pend Oreille River and mountains. The river in front of the property is the best waterskiing water on the River! calm and wide the river is usually like glass throughout the day. Fishing can be enjoyed right off the dock! Endless amount of boating and jet skiing fun. You can enjoy a scenic and fun boat ride to one of the largest and most Beautiful lakes in Idaho.
