Our Two-Story is waiting to meet your all vacation needs. Whether you are coming to bring your student to school, graduation, a wedding; or to take in Idaho's scenic splendor, our place is the perfect location. We are just outside of Rexburg- - 3 miles north of BYUI, 79 miles south of Yellowstone, 77 miles west of Jackson Hole or just one hour to Grand Targhee Ski Resort. You are also within minutes of pristine fishing along the Teton River, Warm River or Snake River (My wife, Neva can send you to best places to go) :)
This is an attached newly renovated, 2 1/2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo that can sleep 7. We have totally redone the inside of this part of our beautiful farm home that was originally built by the grandfather of my wife, Neva. (It has turned out so nicely, I think he would be very pleased with the result, just like I am sure you will too.)
It has a full kitchen with granite counters. We have service for 8 and all the basic amenities you need if you would like to cook for yourself while you are here. The living area (and Master bedroom) has views looking out toward the Grand Teton mountain range, and has a comfortable seating with a large screen TV with both DirecTV and a DVD player.
The leather couch in the living room and recliner chair sets around a large stone fireplace. A relaxing gathering and eating area.
There is new tile floors and showers in both bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed with a brand new pillowtop mattress and 42" TV connected to DirecTv along with a DVD player. The second bedroom has two full beds, and a twin bed in the bonus room. It has a TV and a DVD player.
Wireless internet is included. Plenty of outside parking for trailers and/or RV's. We have a large selection of DVD's in the red cabinet in the hallway just outside the back door. A front loading washer and dryer are for your use as well.
Finally, we have new down pillows throughout the house for your restful sleep.

* Note: Both bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. There is no elevator and is NOT recommended for older people who may struggle with stairs.
Finally, on our small farm you will get to see our free-roaming chickens that give us fresh eggs daily that we would love to let you try! (If you have young kids they will enjoy chasing and catching them if they can. You will also see our pet ducks and Turkey named Blue. If you look hard you will even see a bunny or two. We have a large new playground set and firepit outside for your use.

There is no central air for the summer, however the evenings and nights get quite cool so if you simply open the windows usually keep the rooms cool throughout the day. Also, we have a portable air conditioner and fans for your use to keep you very comfortable.
We have Pack-and-Play for you to use as well as a high chair if you need.

27 Hole Championship Golf Course - Teton Lakes. Best course for the price in Idaho. Tell Duffy or Brett that Scott Telford sent you. They treat everyone very well.

NotesYou will enjoy our small farm with our bunnies and chickens, and quiet open space.
We have great recommendations on things to do and see while here. We are within an hour of some of the most incredible scenery and outdoor adventures. First, we would recommend you visit Yellowstone if you have never been. Even if you you only have one full day drive to Old Faithful, and maybe at least a few other stops in the park. You will love it!
If you don't see bears or other animals in Yellowstone, we strongly recommend going to Bear World just 10 minutes south of us. You will be getting up close to the bears as well as buffalo, elk and more. They even have a petting zoo and free kid rides Say "Hi" to Mike, Courtney and Stephanie (from Scott). They are great hosts and love to visit with their guests.
We have more ideas if you want-where to eat, or specific things you need in the area. We know Rexburg and the area well, and want to meet your requests!

Our Summer bookings generally start to fill fast. We pride ourselves on having a great place to stay with luxurious amenities while keeping our rates low. It is a very unique area/farm with chickens and bunnies and horses nearby to feed.

If you don't see bears in Yellowstone, you may want to check out Yellowstone Bear World. It is a drive through experience and also has a petting zoo, and other things to do and see. It is just 10 minutes away. Mike, Courtney, and Stephanie Ferguson run this experience. Tell them "Hi" from Scott if you see them. They can tell you all about their place and the inspiration for it. Rent a canoe or float down Big Spring River in Island Park and feed the fish at the headwaters.
Water ski at Island Park Reservoir
The town of West Yellowstone at the entrance of the Park has the famous Playmill Theater. Google it for more information. You will NOT be disappointed. (Seats sell out quickly so book in advance) Lots of fun shops as well as an IMAX theater.
