The LR opens to large deck overlooking the pond and has a gas fireplace, large screen TV and is nicely furnished. Three BR have queen beds and one BR has the bunk bed configuration. (One BR provides extra space to serve as an "exercise" area with a queen sized murphy bed and the bunk bed room also converts to table and 2 benches and is great for children or small adults. Ski locker available just outside the condo (left of #2248 entry). Convenient day parking near the village pool lot. I am happy to work with you. There are 3 options for the rental of this 4 BR condominium: 1) the full 4 BR condo; 2) the 2 BR front part of the condo; and , 3) the back 2 BR "lock off" (see VRBO # 790630). Prices and cleaning charge varies with the no. of beds used and no. occupants. Each unit has its private entrance and is comfortable and recommended (see recent reviews!). The current policy is full refund for cancellations 60 days before arrival (full deposit less processing or bank fees.) 50% deposit is refundable upon 30 days or more of your arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days, your deposit is non-refundable. However, your non-refundable deposit may be applied towards another rental within 6 months, depending on availability. Damage is assess on check out and negotiated using the honor system.
