Located on a large 1/2 acre corner lot, this house has a very nice fully fenced private backyard with 2 separate redwood decks. The property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees providing ample shade and privacy with a new open treehouse with large deck in the front yard. Inside you will find nice hardwood floors, granite counter tops in kitchen, newer stainless kitchen appliances, front load washer/dryer, gas-plumbed fireplace(very easy to start), 2 car garage, Stainless BBQ and patio table to enjoy outdoor dining on back deck, 5 min to Airport, located 20 min from world-class skiing and fly-fishing, 80 min from Redfish Lake, right on bike path, and close to amazing hiking, Nordic skiing, and mt. biking trails. Walk or ride bike to downtown Hailey. Home is well-maintained and can sleep up to 9 - couch has pull-out bed and there is also a daybed in the master suite which has private double french doors that open to the back deck.
